Mobile Multi Trader - VAN REQUIRED. Based in Wandsworth. LONG TERM JOB. 8 Hours paid.

Your new company
  • You will be working for our client, who carries out refurbishment work to residential properties within the Wandsworth Postcode.
  • They provide a high quality service for all customers in every aspect of refurbishment.
  • They are seeking experienced Multi Traders to join their growing team on a long-term basis.
  • YOU MUST HAVE A VAN FOR THIS ROLE.


Your new role
  • You will be required to travel between properties in Wandsworth.
  • You will be working exclusively on fitting new floors to the residential properties.
  • Fitting bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Minor painting, decorating and plastering work.
  • You will need to work independently and be able to communicate effectively with the customers.
  • Working off a list of properties that need work done to them. The amount per week will depend on the size of the work required.
  • You will need to provide your own tools for the job.
  • You will be paid for 40 hours per week on a weekly basis.


What you'll need to succeed
  • You MUST have a van for this role.
  • You will be provided with a Parking Permit for you to complete the work and park close to the jobs.
  • You will need to be an experienced Multi Trader with experience working in all aspects of carpentry, painting and plastering.
  • You will not require a CSCS card for this position.
  • You will need to provide Hays with an up to date reference.
