Your new role

• Real estate and corporate acquisitions/disposals.
• Property finance and process plant contracts.
• Procurement strategies and risk management.

• Drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, and bespoke construction contracts.
• Advising employer/developer clients on project delivery and risk mitigation.
• Supporting major projects from inception to completion.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development.
• Option to work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters if desired.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with significant experience in non-contentious construction law.
• Demonstrable expertise in standard forms of construction contracts and associated project documentation.
• Background in either private practice or industry (in-house experience with major industry players is welcomed).
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent client relationship skills.
• Team player with a collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a high-performing national team.
