Great in-house commercial contracts-based role - to £86k + bonus – 2 days on-site per week

This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level plus lawyer to take a pivotal number two role at this high-profile and multi-faceted business, headquartered in West Yorkshire.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, day to day, you will be front and centre in the drafting and negotiating of contracts across various business functions to meet the objectives of the business from a commercial and legal risk position. In addition to contracts matters, you will also be involved in corporate, procurement, regulatory and occasionally also disputes.

You will regularly advise key senior stakeholders in the business and also deputise in the absence of the Head of Legal.

This is a fantastic and varied opportunity for a commercial contracts lawyer with experience gained either in-house or in private practice. You will be an exceptional communicator, well-used to dealing with key stakeholders (or clients). You will join a fabulous and collegiate environment.
