Your new role
As a NICEIC Compliance Manager based in Wolverhampton, you’ll lead the organisation’s electrical compliance strategy, ensuring all installations meet regulatory standards and industry best practices. You’ll manage NICEIC accreditation, conduct internal audits and inspections, and provide technical guidance to project teams. Your role will involve overseeing certification processes, investigating non-compliance issues, and liaising with external bodies such as NICEIC, HSE, and local authorities. You’ll also deliver training and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety and compliance across all sites.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and AM2
- NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status (or eligibility)
- Strong working knowledge of BS7671 Wiring Regulations
- Experience managing electrical audits, inspections, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to lead and influence teams across multiple sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems
- Desirable:
- HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or public sector environments
