Your Role
As a Network Support Analyst, you’ll be a key member of a global infrastructure team, providing 3rd line support and technical leadership across a wide range of network and voice technologies. You’ll be responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of:

Routing & Switching (Cisco Layer 2 & 3, ACI, BGP/EIGRP/OSPF)
Wireless Networks & Cisco ISE
Perimeter Security (Palo Alto NGFW, Prisma, Cisco ASA, Zscaler)
Traffic Optimisation (Versa SD-WAN, Citrix ADC)
Voice Platforms (Cisco CUCM, Webex DI, Teams Voice, Kurmi)
Network Monitoring Tools (Cisco Prime, DNA Center)
Third-party service provider management
You’ll also lead technical delivery on projects, ensure services meet business needs, and be recognised as a subject-matter expert in your domain.

What You Need to Succeed
Have you 2–3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in a 3rd line support role?
Demonstrate deep technical expertise in several of the technologies listed above
Highly motivated, takes ownership, and has a passion for delivering great IT support.
Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person
Thrives in a collaborative, global team environment
Has strong problem-solving skills and can make sound decisions under pressure.

Has experience in professional services and understands the demands placed on support teams
