• Proven experience as a Network Engineer / Wireless SME.
• Strong expertise in Wi‑Fi (802.11 standards) and enterprise wireless architectures.
• Hands-on delivery across design, implementation, optimisation, and support.
• Advanced troubleshooting of wireless performance, interference, and capacity issues using specialist tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireless security (WPA3, encryption, authentication).
• Experience with high-density and guest wireless deployments.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki or similar vendors.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and diagrams.
• Confident working independently while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.

• Exposure to 4G/5G or private wireless solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (Wi‑Fi 7, IoT, private 5G).
• Wireless or vendor certifications.
