What you'll need to succeed

• Strong problem‑solving capability with the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose improvements.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a dispersed team environment.
• Broad understanding of mobile RAN, coverage/capacity planning, and major vendor architectures (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei).
• Clear and influential communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical abilities — able to interpret data and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Experience managing vendors to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• 5+ years’ experience in mobile RAN design within the telecoms industry.
• Demonstrated experience designing with leading RAN or DAS vendor products.
