Neighbourhood Officer - Liverpool - 8 month contract
We're looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer in Liverpool to support our social housing client on an 8-month, 37 hour per week contract.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver a full range of tenancy and estate management services
Investigate tenancy breaches including abandonment, fraud and unauthorised occupation
Conduct tenancy audits, starter reviews, and accompanied viewings
Manage anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, nuisance and hate crime reports
Promote tenant engagement and satisfaction
Monitor neighbourhood data to target resources effectively
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and GDPR policies
Collaborate with Enforcement, Income and Sustainment teams, as well as external partners and agencies
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a customer-facing housing and tenancy management role
Experience of investigating and managing anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy breach cases
Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy sustainment and welfare benefits
Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
