Neighbourhood Officer - Liverpool - 8 month contract

We're looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer in Liverpool to support our social housing client on an 8-month, 37 hour per week contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full range of tenancy and estate management services

  • Investigate tenancy breaches including abandonment, fraud and unauthorised occupation

  • Conduct tenancy audits, starter reviews, and accompanied viewings

  • Manage anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, nuisance and hate crime reports

  • Promote tenant engagement and satisfaction

  • Monitor neighbourhood data to target resources effectively

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and GDPR policies

  • Collaborate with Enforcement, Income and Sustainment teams, as well as external partners and agencies

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a customer-facing housing and tenancy management role

  • Experience of investigating and managing anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy breach cases

  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy sustainment and welfare benefits

  • Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
