Neighbourhood Officer - Liverpool - APPLY NOW!

We are now recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer based in the Liverpool area. This is a temporary role, a minimum of 3 months. We are offering competitive hourly rates ranging from £19 - £21.50 an hour.


Your new role

  • Deliver consistent and professional tenancy compliance by working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Proactively manage anti-social behaviour cases, including hate crime and domestic abuse, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

  • Support legal processes by preparing documentation, gathering evidence, and attending court when required.

  • Provide guidance and support to witnesses throughout investigations, ensuring their wellbeing and confidence.

  • Liaise with support agencies and mediation services to implement preventative measures and promote community safety.

  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure all actions align with safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience managing/dealing with ASB.

  • Experience taking witness statements.

  • Experience representing in court.

  • Driving Licence and valid business insurance.

  • DBS is required.

What you'll get in return
