Your new role
You will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service, covering allocations, lettings, tenancy management and anti-social behaviour. Working across a local patch, you will support tenants to sustain their tenancies, manage estates effectively, and work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tenancy and estate services, including lettings and allocations
- Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour cases, taking appropriate action
- Support income recovery by engaging with tenants in arrears
- Provide basic welfare and housing advice to maximise tenant income
- Work with support services and external partners to sustain tenancies
- Lead on resident engagement and promote positive neighbourhoods
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are identified and escalated appropriately
- Maintain compliance with housing legislation and organisational policies
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in housing management, tenancy services or similar
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy agreements and ASB processes
- Experience of working with customers and multi-agency partners
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
