Your new role
You will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service, covering allocations, lettings, tenancy management and anti-social behaviour. Working across a local patch, you will support tenants to sustain their tenancies, manage estates effectively, and work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage tenancy and estate services, including lettings and allocations
  • Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour cases, taking appropriate action
  • Support income recovery by engaging with tenants in arrears
  • Provide basic welfare and housing advice to maximise tenant income
  • Work with support services and external partners to sustain tenancies
  • Lead on resident engagement and promote positive neighbourhoods
  • Ensure safeguarding concerns are identified and escalated appropriately
  • Maintain compliance with housing legislation and organisational policies
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Experience in housing management, tenancy services or similar
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy agreements and ASB processes
  • Experience of working with customers and multi-agency partners
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
