We are currently recruiting for a National Commercial Director to lead the UK sales function and drive further expansion. This is a high-impact, rewarding opportunity for a strategic leader ready to shape the future of a successful business.
Your new role
As National Commercial Director, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional sales professionals across the UK.
- Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and foster a culture of high performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally as a National Sales Manager or Commercial Director.
- A background in electrical heating or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong track record of delivering sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
- Full UK driving licence.
