National Account Executive, £54,000 (+ Car Allowance/Bonus), FMCG (Toys), Slough, Immediate Start!

Our client, one of the world's leading Toy & Family Entertainment Companies, are looking to recruit 2 x National Account Executives to join their ever-growing UK operation on a hybrid basis (4 days in the office / 1 day working from home). Working in a very sociable Slough office of over 150 FTE (free parking), with the ability to finish the working week at 1.00pm every Friday (as per company policy!), this is an incredible opportunity to join a huge, household name business!

Our client have been established for over 80 years, and are the owner of one of the world's most iconic brand portfolios. The company's content include toys, consumer products, digital and live experiences, and their products are sold in collaboration with the world's leading Retail and e-Commerce companies. Due to their growth, they are now actively seeking 2 x candidates to join their client-facing team, driving new business in addition to growing existing client spend. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Owning a portfolio of key client accounts (either Grocery or Toy Specialists)
- Conducting regular business reviews to ensure account satisfaction/growth/diversifying client spend
- Presenting new product ranges to clients
- Developing key relationships with Buyers/Assistant Buyers/Stock Control to influence accurate forecasting
- Organising/undertaking store audits to identify incremental opportunities for growth/review store compliance/competitor activity
- Partnering with internal Supply Chain operation to ensure monthly shipment targets are delivered
- Analysing market/customer sales data to project accurate monthly account forecast
- Developing/maintaining in-depth knowledge of account and toy market dynamics
- Assisting the sales team in planning and development of strategic initiatives alongside key license partners.

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience in managing high-profile B2B client accounts (minimum: 2 years)
- Experience of owning P&L / conducting regular business reviews
- Experience of end-to-end Account Management (initial outreach/negotiations/close, tec)
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Fantastic presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fun, sociable personality
- Full UK driving licence

Although your Account Management experience does not have to come directly from FMCG, this industry relevance would be an advantage!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £54,000, our client are also offering the following:

- £5,000 Car Allowance
- 20% annual bonus (paid quarterly)
- Hybrid-working model (4 days in office / 1 day working from home (of your choosing))
- Ability to work 4 weeks in another location, every year (including working from home - in addition to designated weekly WFH day)
