Salary: £33,500 rising to £35,000 after 6 months + £1,000 annual bonus

A well-established property services provider is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Operative (Joiner) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tradesperson who specialises in bathroom installations and is looking for a long-term, stable role with great benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete bathroom installations from start to finish in domestic properties
- All aspects of joinery, including stud walls, boxing-in, and fitting bathroom furniture
- Wall tiling and decorating to a high standard
- Basic plumbing tasks such as fitting sanitaryware, pipework, and waste connections
- Occasional wet room installations (minor part of the role)
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Working independently or as part of a team to deliver projects on time
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience exclusively installing bathrooms in domestic properties
- Ideally from a social housing background
- Qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (minimum)
- Skilled in joinery, tiling, decorating, and basic plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Able to provide references for bathroom installation work
