Turn Fieldwork into Visual Storytelling & Join a Supportive, Creative Team

Hays are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing civil construction firm for a Multimedia Content Creator; a rare chance to combine creativity, travel, and brand impact in a role that’s as dynamic as the sights you’ll capture.

You’ll be joining a business that’s redefining how infrastructure is seen and understood across the UK. From drone-filmed site showcases to sleek social media graphics and campaign assets, your work will help shape the public face of the business.

You’ll be working alongside a Marketing Manager we placed with the business; a talented, collaborative leader who’s passionate about creative development. The wider office team is equally strong; welcoming, high-performing and genuinely supportive.

About the Company
Our client is a civil construction and surveying firm, delivering projects across the UK. Their Horncastle-based head office offers a peaceful setting on the edge of Lincolnshire’s natural beauty, while their operations span urban developments.

They’ve invested in creative tools, marketing tech, and visual storytelling — and now they’re looking for a talented individual to help elevate their brand even further.

The Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver engaging campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms. You’ll travel to sites across the UK to capture high-quality photography, videography, and drone footage, then edit and produce polished content that reflects the company’s bold identity. From cinematic showcases to pixel-perfect graphics, your work will help shape how the public sees infrastructure.

About You
You might have a degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field; or equivalent experience that shows your creative flair. You’ll be confident behind a camera, skilled in editing software like Adobe or Affinity, and have a sharp eye for detail. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll get the opportunity to travel to sites across the country.

The Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £28,000–£33,000 – with flexibility for the right person.
  • 35-hour work week with early finishes (9am–4pm, Monday–Friday).
  • 31 days’ holiday, including bank holidays.
  • Access to high-end equipment and creative software.
  • Opportunities to travel, grow your portfolio, and make a real impact.
  • A genuinely supportive team and a manager who will help you thrive.
  • A company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
