Our client is a well-respected defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis.

Your new role
This Multi-Track Defendant RTA role will see you responsible for:

• Handling your own caseload of litigated defendant RTA matters typically valued up to £100,000. These will include personal injury and credit hire matters.
• Building and maintaining relationships with a range of insurer clients.
• Assessing liability and quantum.
• Drafting pleadings, including defences and witness evidence
• Conducting your own advocacy either in court or by telephone.

What you'll need to succeed

• Y ou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
• Previous multi-track RTA experience.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CPR.
