We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Widnes and surrounding areas.
The role involves carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Your new role

• Carry out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance including:
  • Repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, baths, and showers
  • Leak detection and rectification
  • Installation of sanitary ware
• Complete basic multi-skilled tasks such as:
  • Minor joinery (boxing in, door adjustments)
  • Basic tiling and patch plastering
• Work on both tenanted and void properties
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Provide a professional and courteous service to tenants

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
• Multi-skilled background with the ability to complete basic additional trades
• Full UK Driving Licence
