Your new role


We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a large housing organisation delivering high-quality maintenance across residential properties in East London.
This is a mobile role focused on completing plumbing repairs as your primary trade, alongside a variety of multi-trade tasks to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible. You’ll play a key role in providing an excellent customer experience while maintaining safety, compliance, and efficiency standards.

  • Deliver high-standard plumbing repairs and associated multi-trade works (including joinery and general maintenance)
  • Achieve first-time fix targets and contribute to operational KPIs
  • Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times
  • Accurately record work updates and job details using company systems
  • Carry out risk assessments and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials to required standards
  • Manage van stock to ensure effective service delivery
  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and escalate issues appropriately.

What you'll need to succeed


  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Plumbing
  • Strong plumbing expertise with multi-trade capability (including joinery)
  • Experience working in a customer-focused, target-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to own power tools
