Your new role

As a multi-skilled maintenance operative, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general building maintenance. You’ll work across public sector properties such as social housing, healthcare facilities, and schools, completing both reactive and planned maintenance. Travel across Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset will be required, with mileage covered.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a multi-trade maintenance role
• Competence in at least two core trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• CSCS card and DBS check desirable
