Job Title: Multi Trader - Void Social Housing
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:
As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in void properties to ensure they are ready for new occupants. Your role will involve:
  • Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
  • Conducting inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance work.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with other team members and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UK driving license.
