Your new role

Looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.
Ideally, you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
