Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias

Position: Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias
Location: Belfast
Role: Mobile

We currently have a new opening for a Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to work across our Northern Ireland region.
You will perform the maintenance and repair of all aspects of the site including electrical systems, fire alarm systems, structure, compound and enclosure.

What are the key duties?
Key duties include carrying out EICR's, minor electrical repairs & climbing activities. Full training is provided for climbing activities.
  • Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
  • Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
  • Undertake inspection and maintenance of the site including the structure, compound and enclosure
  • Identify any risks or issues, rectify where possible and report to client
  • Work on the improvement and implementation of PPM program
  • Completion of required documentation as specified
  • Attend Site Meetings and Training when required
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly

What are we looking for?
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2,
  • City & Guilds 2357
  • BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition.
  • City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Full UK Driving Licence - Driving can take up to 50% of the day but is paid as part of the day & not just per task
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
