I am seeking an experienced MRICS‑qualified Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join a growing Newcastle team for a national property consultancy that I am working with. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio, delivering high‑quality valuation advice for lenders, investors, developers, and corporate clients.

  • Providing Red Book‑compliant valuations across commercial asset classes
  • Managing client relationships and delivering clear, evidence‑based reports
