Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded defendant firm who operate on a global scale. They are currently recruiting for Motor Fraud solicitors/chartered legal executives to join on a remote working basis. Previous motor fraud experience is essential.
Your new role
This Motor Fraud Solicitor/CILEx role will see you responsible for the management of your own caseload of suspected fraudulent claims. This will include low velocity impact, staged and exaggerated incidents and causation. The complexity and value of files will be determined by level of experience. Files will range from small/fast-track claims up to the multi-track level. You may be expected to assist with more complex files.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/chartered legal executive, but those qualified by experience may also be considered. You must have previous experience handling your own caseload of motor fraud files. Individuals from claimant or defendant backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
