This is a role that is diverse and interesting, as no two days are the same.
You will be upgrading, installing systems and carrying out maintenance work, inspections and fault-finding.

What you'll need to succeed
You will keep the clients updated with any developments, record all activities, remedial work, inspection logs etc and ensure a high level of customer service and will need good verbal and written communication and comfort comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates. You will be Level 2 and 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (AND/OR?) 17th or 18th edition.
