Military Personal Injury Solicitor sought after by highly-regarded claimant firm

Your new company
Our client is a highly-regarded claimant law firm with offices across England. They are currently recruiting for a 3+ PQE solicitor to join their well-respected Military Personal Injury department. This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary available dependent on experience. Training will be provided to suitable candidates without military claims experience.

Your new role
This Military Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you:
  • Handle your own caseload of military injury claims including; brain injuries, amputations, hearing loss, non-freezing cold injuries and heat injuries.
  • Assist senior team members on more complex claims.
  • Vet military claims.
  • Keep updated with changes in law and procedures.
  • Undertaking business development opportunities to help strengthen the reputation of the department.
  • Grow the team's charitable partnerships.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. All applicants must have experience handling their own multi-track caseload of personal injury claims. Experience of noise-induced hearing loss claims is beneficial. Applicants with previous military injury experience are preferable, but training will be provided to suitable candidates who have not yet handled these claims. Excellent client care skills and experience dealing with vulnerable clients is essential. You must have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
