Your new role

We’re looking for a hands-on technician to support a key migration project. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone with solid support experience and a keen eye for user experience.

• Build and configure machines in an office environment
• Test upgrade and deployment procedures
• Evaluate application packages and user experience
• Create technical and end-user knowledge base articles
• Provide feedback to improve policies and packages
• Support and guide end-users during the transition

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in migration projects or technical deployments
• Comfortable working in a support-focused environment
