A leading global financial institution is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Business Analyst to join their London-based office within the Regulatory Operations Change Team. The client is currently delivering a major programme focused on MIFID Transaction Reporting and other non-financial regulatory regimes. This role will support the execution and oversight of change management activities across the UK and EU regions, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and driving strategic transformation.

• Rate: £600pd - £725pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
• Location: London
• Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Key responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in financial services is essential, particularly within global markets trading and investment banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting regimes – in particularly MIFID II.
• Knowledge of capital markets products, including cash securities, exchange-traded derivatives, and OTC derivative products.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, etc.) and lead planning sessions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and facilitate decision-making.
