Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll deliver enhancements to MiFID II Product Governance. You’ll shape policies, processes, systems, and controls throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

• Gather and analyse business requirements, liaising with Legal and Compliance.
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions.
• Document governance, reporting, and policy changes.
• Improve BAU processes and controls.
• Conduct data analysis and support UAT.
• Assist the Project Manager with PMO standards, tracking deliverables, and preparing materials for governance forums.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years’ Business Analysis experience in Investment Banking.
• Proven track record in MiFID II Product Governance implementation.
• Strong regulatory project delivery skills from interpretation to BAU handover.
• Ability to work with Front Office, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty, PRIIPs, and MiFID II Investor Protection.
• BA qualifications.
• Familiarity with large banking environments and systems architecture.
