We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global construction and property consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high quality, client focused services. This company holds a significant presence across the UK and Europe, supporting a wide range of public sector clients across Government, Healthcare, and Facilities Management (FM) sectors.
This role is reporting in to their Birmingham office, and supporting projects typically valued up to £5 million.
Your new role
As an MEP Surveyor, you will support the delivery of MEP surveying services across a variety of public sector and FM projects. This role focusses on technical data collection and reporting to ensure accurate asset information and lifecycle planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data capture, asset verification, and asset tagging on client sites.
- Producing and supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of MEP cost plans and lifecycle assessments.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Background in MEP surveying.
- Proficiency with
Asseticom - Experience in asset data collection, tagging & verification
- Solid understanding of building services systems and PPM strategies
- Detail-oriented and confident working independently on-site
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Central region
