Based in a South East England office (with hybrid working available), you will take ownership of the electrical engineering function, working closely with mechanical, sustainability, and architectural teams to deliver complex, design‑led projects across multiple sectors.

Projects & Sectors
You will be involved in a wide range of high‑quality projects, including:
- Residential developments (high‑end, private, and multi‑unit schemes)
- Commercial offices – new build and refurbishment
- Education, healthcare, and public sector projects
- Mixed‑use and regeneration schemes
- Projects delivered from RIBA Stage 1 feasibility and concept design through to construction and handover
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for the electrical discipline
- Lead the delivery of complex electrical design solutions across multiple projects
- Act as the senior client interface on key accounts
- Manage and mentor engineers, associates, and project leads
- Contribute to business development, bids, and fee proposals
- Support workload planning, resourcing, and team growth
- Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and commercial performance
- Salary circa £110,000
