MEP Associate Director job in Cardiff, £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + profit share, permanent contract
Your New Company
Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a growing building services consultancy who are looking to open a new office in Cardiff/South Wales with the recruitment of an MEP Associate Director to grow the team.
Your New Role
You will act as a key client-facing representative for the organisation across the Cardiff and Wales region, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders, as well as identify and secure new project opportunities across the residential, education, healthcare, commercial and public sectors.
You will remain actively involved in M&E design, particularly at early concept, scheme design and complex technical stages, provide detailed technical input, review calculations, drawings and specifications, as well as act as lead engineer or project director on key projects where appropriate.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have proven experience at a senior level within an MEP consultancy, a strong technical background in mechanical or electrical building services design along with demonstrable experience being both client-facing and hands-on in design delivery.
What You’ll Get In Return
This role is being offered with a salary between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum on a permanent contract with profit share available and good career opportunities.
