The role
My client are looking for an excellent writer and communicator with press and media experience to fill a temporary need within their industry-leading team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and edit a range of stories, thought leadership pieces, press releases, and website articles
  • Help shape communications strategy
  • Act as a point of contact for journalists and manage media enquiries
  • Manage reactive crisis communications
  • Plan and execute a proactive PR strategy
  • Utilise media monitoring platforms and analytics and reporting tools to drive media presence
  • Provide media handling and interview briefings and build relationships with internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate
  • Excellent writer and communicator with experience of writing press stories and thought leadership pieces
  • Experience working with the media and building internal and external relationships
  • Experience in a business environment, i.e. writing for business publications
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
