With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they continue to expand their UK operations and have recently secured multiple new projects in the Kettering area.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised plumbing or mechanical qualification (CSCS Carded, Manual Handling)
• At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical installation, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience on commercial, industrial, or data centre projects is highly desirable
• A full, clean driving licence is beneficial
