With project values up to £7 million, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to their clients' needs.

Your new role
As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical building services.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost estimation.
• Utilise the CYPHER system for estimating and project management.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of estimating standards and workflows. ️

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the building services industry.
• Previous experience with the CYPHER system is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ️
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ⏰
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. ✔️
