Role Overview
We’re seeking a talented and driven Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in designing, specifying, and delivering mechanical systems that meet client needs while pushing the boundaries of energy efficiency and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specification of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for a variety of building types
  • Produce detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and reports
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure compliance and quality
  • Support project delivery from concept through to completion
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and sustainable technologies
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in building services design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design software (e.g., Hevacomp, IES)
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and CIBSE guidelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE or IMechE) is a plus.
