Location: Belfast-based (projects in Dublin, no overnight travel)

Your new role

As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the management, monitoring, and successful delivery of mechanical installation contracts for projects located in Dublin. Mechanical values typically range from €100k to €2M, and you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is Belfast-based, with no overnight travel, making it ideal for candidates within a commutable distance seeking a better work-life balance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in Mechanical Contracts Management working on large-scale projects
  • Time-served Plumbing & Heating Engineer with relevant trade qualifications
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
