Your new role
- Teaching Mathematics to KS3 and KS4 students in line with national curriculum standards.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
- Contributing to departmental planning, meetings, and resource development.
- Supporting students with exam preparation and coursework.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participating in school-wide activities and pastoral responsibilities as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to differentiate effectively and support students with varying needs.
- Immediate availability and flexibility to commit to an ongoing teaching role.
- A proactive and professional approach to teaching and collaboration.
