About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Teach mathematics across KS3 and KS4 with creativity and clarity.
- Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions to support learners in building confidence and improving outcomes.
- Track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and ensure consistency across the department.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, fostering a culture of care and achievement.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
- Experience in delivering interventions or supporting students individually is desirable.
- A commitment to nurturing students and raising aspirations.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, student-centred environment.
