  • Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly through technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Continuous Learning & Development
  • Stay up to date with advancements in materials chemistry and bio-based technologies.
  • Integrate new research insights into ongoing projects to drive innovation.
  • Maintain meticulous records of experimental work and ensure data integrity.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
  • Support a culture of safety and well-being across the team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Education: Master’s in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience, or PhD with 2+ years.
  • Experience: Proven track record in materials discovery and product development, ideally with bio-based materials.
  • Skills: Proficiency in high-throughput experimentation, DoE, statistical analysis, and mathematical modelling.
  • Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, systems-thinking mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Values: Passion for sustainability, innovation, and regenerative design.

What You’ll Get in Return
  • Holidays: 28 days annual leave (plus public holidays) and 5 additional days of international remote working.
  • Wellbeing: Paid sick leave, flexible health initiatives, and access to mental health support services.
  • Perks: Exclusive corporate discounts and wellbeing support via BrightHR.
  • Development: Professional development budget tailored to your role.
  • Culture: Be part of a purpose-led, innovative, and collaborative team environment.
