Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly created role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction while supporting a practice renowned for its work with vulnerable individuals, families, local authorities and professional partners.

In this pivotal position, you will work closely with the MD and department heads to develop and deliver a cohesive firm‑wide marketing strategy. You’ll lead the refresh of the firm’s digital presence, including a new website and enhanced social media activity, while strengthening relationships with key referrers. The role also involves drafting compelling content for awards, directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and producing professional, client‑focused materials including biographies and presentations.

The ideal candidate will bring proven marketing experience from a professional services environment, ideally legal, with strong writing skills and excellent organisational capability.
