We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic and tactical marketing activities that support lead generation goals and elevate brand visibility across core markets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with a proven track record in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and sales enablement. This role will develop, execute, and optimise marketing initiatives that directly drive qualified leads and strengthen market position.

Your new role


  • Planning and implementing multichannel lead generation campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social, events).
  • Collaborating with sales to define customer profiles and buyer journeys.
  • Managing CRM-driven campaigns and marketing automation tools.
  • Measuring and reporting on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Increasing brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Overseeing content creation for digital platforms and PR.
  • Managing digital presence including SEO, social media, and forums.
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Developing and managing annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Supporting product launches and business development initiatives.
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports.
  • Using data insights to optimise campaigns and identify engagement opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand storytelling.
