Marketing Manager (Residential, National role) – Real Estate - City of London (hybrid) – up to £70k & bonus
Your new company
You will be joining an organisation dedicated to transforming the rental experience by creating high‑quality homes where people feel settled, supported and proud to live. The business is growing rapidly, with a substantial pipeline of new residential developments and a long‑term commitment to delivering professionally managed, sustainable communities. The team values collaboration, creativity and professional development, offering an environment where people are encouraged to contribute ideas and make a meaningful impact.
Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of marketing activity across digital, print, brand and communications. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will act as the marketing lead for the business and drive strategies that support growth, enhance brand visibility and strengthen engagement with residents and stakeholders. You will manage campaigns for new developments, oversee digital performance, develop compelling content, maintain brand consistency and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality marketing outputs. You will also manage budgets, evaluate KPIs, oversee events and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring proven experience in marketing management, ideally within a corporate, commercial or service‑based environment, along with strong strategic, creative and analytical capabilities. You will be confident developing integrated campaigns, managing digital channels, leading projects and producing persuasive content. A degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience, along with a marketing accreditation such as CIM (or progress towards one), will be beneficial. You will be commercially aware, organised, proactive and able to build productive relationships with agencies, suppliers and colleagues. Experience in property or housing is an advantage but not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will join an inclusive, supportive and passionate team that takes pride in the homes and communities they deliver. In addition to a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience, you will receive a discretionary bonus, 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, wellbeing support and access to cycle and tech schemes. This is an opportunity to shape a growing brand, contribute to meaningful work and progress your career within an ambitious and forward‑thinking organisation.
