We’re partnering with a fast‑growing wellness and health media group, bringing together three purpose‑led media brands under one holding company. With a close‑knit, values‑driven team and a genuinely friendly, dog‑loving office culture. This business is on a mission to explore and share spiritual insight and holistic approaches to wellbeing through meaningful content, immersive events, and digital learning experiences for a global audience. They are now seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about wellness, health, and holistic living to take ownership of brand growth, digital strategy, and customer/business acquisition, while leading a small, talented team!


Your new role

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a small‑company environment, where you can shape strategy, roll up your sleeves, and make a visible impact. You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to build marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive revenue across courses, events, and subscriptions:

  • Lead day‑to‑day marketing activity across two wellness brands, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
  • Drive customer acquisition through effective digital campaigns and performance‑focused marketing.
  • Oversee content, copy, and creative output, working closely with an in‑house designer.
  • Manage a team of two, providing clear direction and structure.
  • Shape the overall marketing strategy while staying hands‑on with delivery when needed.
  • Monitor campaign results and use insights to refine activity and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with founders and the wider team to deliver integrated, brand‑aligned campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategies that balance awareness campaigns with direct-response, conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities, channels, and ideas to elevate both brands.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong digital marketing experience across social, email and paid channels.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar broad generalist marketing role
  • Confidence owning strategy as well as hands‑on delivery.
  • Line management experience.
  • A data‑focused approach with an eye for compelling content.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving business.
  • Strong in copywriting or directing high‑quality content creation.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, ESPs, and modern website management tools.
  • Having experience with WordPress, Kajabi, and our ESP is a plus.
