Role Overview
Seeking a dynamic interim Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel student recruitment campaigns (UK and international). The role involves managing digital and offline marketing strategies, content development, and stakeholder engagement to support undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across web, CRM, social media, and print.
  • Manage content strategy and editorial calendars for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyse campaign performance and apply insights to optimise future activity.
  • Oversee content production aligned with accessibility, UX, and compliance standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative culture.

Project & Marketing Management Focus
  • Proven experience managing complex marketing projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign evaluation and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Degree or equivalent experience; marketing qualification (e.g. CIM, DMI).
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and CRM communications.
  • Knowledge of UK and international student recruitment and the student journey.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across formats and audiences.
