This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large property planning and development company here in London, who work with some of the UK’s biggest brands and on some of the most exciting and challenging development projects.

Your new role

As a Marketing Executive, you will be involved in making things happen—taking ownership of tasks, solving problems on the go, and approaching new projects with both enthusiasm and fresh thinking. This role involves planning and executing various events, which may require you to work earlier or later than the role’s core hours. You’ll work closely with colleagues at all levels across different business functions, ensuring that our marketing efforts run smoothly and effectively. You will work closely with your team and Marketing Manager to assist with events such as preparing invitations and managing attendee lists for various events and functions. Also, digital aspects of the role while covering all aspects of the marketing mix.

This role is based in the London city office, and offers flexible working arrangements, including a minimum of three days in the office and up to two days working from home each week. Someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on to become a key member of the marketing team. In this role, you’ll gain experience in events marketing, communications, and digital, playing an integral part in supporting our department's diverse activities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a qualification (Marketing preferable) with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key whilst being highly organised with a strong attention to detail. It is important to the team that you have the ability to take complete ownership of tasks and show willingness to learn and develop experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is desirable. The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff at all levels is essential and be willing to provide the team with ideas and solutions.
