Your new company
Hays are currently working with a growing insurance group that operates across a number of brands as both an intermediary and underwriting business. They have a track record of successful organic and acquisition-led growth & have been continually expanding over the last few years.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, collaborative, & social marketing team that operates centrally across the group and has a voice within the Executive Committee. This role offers a great opportunity to join a fantastic team in a role that offers a lot of capacity for further development in a team that has a strong track record of internal promotion.
Your new role
This is a broad 360 marketing role where you’ll develop marketing plans & multichannel campaigns from planning through to delivery. This will include social media, email advertising, direct mail, PR, & events. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Business Partner on the wider strategy & have ownership of multiple brands within the group. You’ll own & develop your own stakeholder relationships & work closely with the business to understand their objectives & how best to deliver effective marketing activities.
This Marketing Executive role is a permanent, full-time position based in the City of London with hybrid working (3/2 split).
What you’ll need to succeed
- Prior experience at Marketing Executive level in a broad, generalist role
- Can demonstrate ownership of projects & key deliverables
- Experience in FCA-regulated environment – insurance sector experience would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and influence a variety of stakeholders and present as a confident and credible communicator.
- Strong written communication skills/copywriting experience
