Your new role
As Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of a global marketing strategy that drives brand relevance and fuels business growth. This newly created, high-impact position offers the chance to shape the next chapter of their brand story within a dynamic, design-led business. You'll oversee a team of four and work closely with senior leadership to deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen market presence, and elevate the company as the creative partner of choice for the world's leading hospitality brands. From crafting compelling content and managing multi-channel campaigns to leveraging insights and data for continuous improvement, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven leadership experience in marketing within a B2B environment, ideally in product-based businesses.
- A strong ability to combine strategic vision with creative execution, inspiring bold ideas and translating them into measurable results.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics) and a track record in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate globally.
- Strong analytical capabilities to turn data into actionable insights and optimise marketing performance.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and multichannel campaigns, with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
- A passion for design and innovation, coupled with a bias for action and commercial creativity.
