Your new role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the Centre’s mission and commercial goals.
• Lead brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and public relations efforts.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI across campaigns and channels.
• Organise and represent the Centre at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

• Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies for renewable energy products and services.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance targets.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals in collaboration with technical and finance teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operational delivery.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or related field.
