Your new role

• Coordinating promotional materials and stock
• Supporting product launches and digital campaigns
• Managing events and meetings, including logistics and delegate communications
• Handling purchase orders, invoices, and travel arrangements
• Liaising with suppliers and external partners
• Maintaining internal systems and platforms
• Providing general office support and assisting with onboarding new starters

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing coordination role
• A proactive, flexible attitude and strong organisational skills
• Experience in both consumer and business-to-business marketing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A creative eye and attention to detail
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
