Your new company

Are you an experienced procurement professional who thrives on building strong relationships, shaping category strategies, and driving meaningful business impact? We are working with a Global Business based in Surrey, looking for a proactive Marketing Category Manager to join their team and play a key role across a diverse portfolio of spend.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders, lead category strategy development, and contribute to departmental priorities through effective sourcing, supplier management, and insight-driven decision-making.

Your new role

This role involves becoming a trusted partner to stakeholders across key spend categories, championing best‑practice procurement, and strengthening engagement through effective communication planning and stakeholder mapping. The position requires building and managing a clear pipeline of sourcing and supplier management activities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and driving continuous improvement to meet departmental priorities and procurement performance targets. You will monitor KPIs, manage approvals in line with policy, challenge non‑compliance, and confidently represent category progress and insights across teams and wider business forums.
